Production Description:
Making a grommet, a drawing or sample is necessary. We will make it according to your drawing or sample.
From your drawing or sample, we will make a new mold, which can be used for mass production about 50000 times. Of course, if you not sure the sizes or something, you can make a soft mold (sample mold), to make samples for confirmation. a soft mold cost less, so it may be a good choice before make big mold.
Then after samples confirmed, we will start mass production according to your requirement, during mass production, our QC department will test the grommets every two hours to make sure the quality is good.
Then burrs dealing, quality test at the final. We will pack the grommets in PE bags and put the bags into cartons.

Packing & Delivery:
We pack the square rubber grommets in PE bags,then put the bags into cartons, if there is large quantity, then we will put the cartons on pallet.
